Goal

In the 11g Grid Control version, the OMS configuration files: emoms.properties and emomslogging.properties are no longer used. Instead, the OMS/Repository configuration and logging properties are now stored in the Repository Database itself.. This document explains how the 'emctl' utility can be used to view and update these properties.
