Symptoms
After the installation of Fusion Middleware 11.1.1.3.0 and creating a domain with EM (Enterprise Manager FMW Control) support, the access to the WebLogic Admin Console at http://<host>:<admin server port>/console is functional but access to the Enterprise Manager 11g component at http://<host>:<admin server port>/em fails in the login page.
When trying to login to EM using Internet Explorer (IE) 7 , a window alert appears with the following error:
This problem can also occur with Internet Explorer 8.
