Symptoms

When starting a load test scenario in Oracle Load Testing (OLT),  the agent returns:

Error Communicating with "Oracle Load Testing Agent Manager" on oats-am://localhost:9001: Timed out after 60 seconds.



The agentmanager.log on the agent side shows:

13:16:03,438 ERROR [Messenger] JNDI Error:
javax.naming.CommunicationException [Root exception is java.net.ConnectException: t3://OLTcontroller.oracle.com:8088: Destination unreachable; nested exception is:
