Symptoms

Navigation to Top Activity link of 11.2 Cluster database from 11.1.0.1 Grid control errors out with error :
(Targets -> Databases -> Click on Cluster database -> Performance -> Top activity)

Another surfacing error for this issue is that the Grid Control OMS will fail to conenct to the RAC database with:

ORA-12514, TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor
