Symptoms
Setting up software library was getting failed with the following error:
Software Library directory, /u00/app/oracle/product/software_Lib, is not accessible from following host(s): <HOSTNAME>. Error Details: Normal preferred credentials are not set for following host(s): <HOSTNAME>. Follow Preferences > Preferred Credentials > Set Credentials (Host) links to set normal preferred credentials.
