Exadata: Lost Connection To Cellnode From Grid Control After Database Patching (Doc ID 1246654.1)

Symptoms


Application of <Patch 10114705> (Database Bundle Patch 6 for Exadata) and <Patch 10110978> (Grid Infrastructure Bundle Patch 4 for Exadata) has caused EM monitoring of certain cells to stop.

Trying to add the cells again results in this error:

These database patches have been added just before monitorig stopped:

<Patch 10114705> - Database Bundle Patch 6 for Exadata
<Patch 10110978> - Grid Infrastructure Bundle Patch 4 for Exadata
