OS Command Job Fails Calling Sqlplus or expdp (Doc ID 1259434.1)

Symptoms

Running an shell script calling sqlplus, expdb or exp  from OEM Grid Control 11.1.0.1 fails with a fatal relocation error:

ld.so.1: expdp: fatal: relocation error: file <DB_ORACLE_HOME>/lib/libnnz10.so: symbol nltrc_entry: referenced symbol not found.

shell :

export ORACLE_SID=<SID>
export ORACLE_HOME=/<DB_ORACLE_HOME>
export PATH=$ORACLE_HOME/bin:$PATH
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$ORACLE_HOME/lib

sqlplus /nolog << ZZZ
connect / as sysdba
select count(*) from all_objects;
exit;
ZZZ
exit $?
