OC4J 10.1.3.x launched from a remote ssh session (ex:PuTTY).
Symptoms
Open Oracle Enterprise Manager to review the OC4J status.
On the right side of the screen, the "Response and Load" box shows a red X and the phrase:
as if Enterprise Manager was not able to load the linked chart.
