Enterprise Manager (EM) 11g Grid Control Agent is installed and it is not causing any issues. But these files:
are filled up with the following error message:
Directory does not exist for read/write [/opt/oracle/oemagent/agent11g/log] [/opt/oracle/oemagent/agent11g/log/diag/clients]
Note: this symptom may also be observed with the 12c agent monitoring the Oracle database on MS Windows platforms.
