Problem - Connector configure button not clickable after registration (Doc ID 1292403.1)

Symptoms

Isssue was discovered using the following environment, but can also occur using other environments and connector type and versions.

OMS Version: 10.2.0.5.3
OMS OS: Windows 2003 64-bit
SCOM Connector version: 1.0.5.0.0

In OMS the SCOM connector can not be configured.
When going to Setup -> Management connectors the 'configure' button for SCOM connector cannot be clicked.
