Symptoms

In a Fusion Middleware 11g environment environment, logging in the Fusion Middleware (FMW) Console as a non-administrator user fails with the following error after providing the username and password:

User is not authorized to login to Middleware Administration Server farm. User should be part of one or more Administrative roles to be able to login



The <domain home>/servers/AdminServer/logs/AdminServer.log file contains the following error:
