 Converting SSL keys to RUEI acceptable format

The goal is to get the SSL key to be in the correct and expected format. This is:
 Converting PKCS#12 to PEM
 Converting PEM  or DER to PKCS#12
 Merging PEM or DER key and certificate into one file.
 Extracting the key and certificate from a JKS keystore file
 Other known issues
 SSH welcome message is set
 Invalid JAVA setup
