After SOA Application Server 126.96.36.199.0/188.8.131.52.0/184.108.40.206.0 is configured to be monitored with Grid Control 11g or Cloud Control (EM12c), the SOA Database may start to encounter poor performance. In the AWR report, the following query is reported as responsible for the SOA performance issue:
WHERE ci.COMPONENTTYPE = :1 AND ci.DOMAIN_NAME = :2 AND ci.COMPOSITE_NAME = :3
AND ci.COMPONENT_NAME = :4 AND ci.COMPOSITE_REVISION = :5
There is a large number of count(*) queries being run which take a very large amount of I/O time in the database.
