Unable To Access Forms And Reports From FMW Console After Changing HTTP Server Listen Port (Doc ID 1357618.1)

Symptoms


In FMW 11.1.1.4.0 - Forms and Reports installation unable to see forms / reports application from the FMW Console and page not found appears on the browser screen.  The following errors are seen in the Admin Server logs:

Failed to get requested metrics from the EM Agent.

Result has repeating key value : <tr>

Result has repeating key value : <tr>

oracle.sysman.emSDK.app.exception.EMSystemException
at oracle.sysman.emas.sdk.model.metric.AgentMetricProvider.getMetrics(AgentMetricProvider.java:142)
at oracle.sysman.emas.sdk.model.metric.MetricUtil.getMetrics(MetricUtil.java:506)

Caused by: oracle.sysman.emSDK.emd.comm.MetricGetException: Result has repeating key value : <tr>
at sun.reflect.NativeConstructorAccessorImpl.newInstance0(Native Method)
at sun.reflect.NativeConstructorAccessorImpl.newInstance(NativeConstructorAccessorImpl.java:39)
at sun.reflect.DelegatingConstructorAccessorImpl.newInstance(DelegatingConstructorAccessorImpl.java:27)

 

Changes

The problem started after changing the HTTP Listen port from 8888 to 80.
