Symptoms
In FMW 11.1.1.4.0 - Forms and Reports installation unable to see forms / reports application from the FMW Console and page not found appears on the browser screen. The following errors are seen in the Admin Server logs:

The problem started after changing the HTTP Listen port from 8888 to 80.
