Applying a Patch Set Update (PSU) to the OMS or Agent Oracle_Home changes the value of the
fifth digit in the complete version number of the product => 'x' in the format number below :
The OMS or Agent version number is always seen as 10.2.0.5.0 / 220.127.116.11.0 in both places a) and b) despite any PSU applied.
