This document describes in detail the steps for de-installing EM 12c Cloud Control and Oracle Management Agent (Management Agent) 12c using the graphical and silent methods.
You can also refer to Enterprise Manager 12c Advanced Installation Guide on OTN.

Note that the preferred method of deinstalling an agent in 12.1.0.3 is with the AgentDeinstall.pl script method desribed here:

<Note 1593005.1> EM 12c: De-installing the Enterprise Manager 12.1.0.3 Cloud Control Management Agent with the AgentDeinstall.pl Script Method

One advantage of the AgentDeinstall.pl script is that the agent and all dependent Oracle Homes (sbin and plugins) are removed in one action, simplifying the user effort.

The procedure shown here applies to versions 12.1.0.1 and 12.1.0.2 as well as being an alternative for later versions.
