There are various different ways to add a database target in Enterprise Manager (EM) 12c and 13c Cloud Control.
This document describes different methods to manually add a database target in EM 12c Cloud Control.

c. <hostname> - unable to connect to the agent at <agent URL> [Failed to agree on an SSL cipher suite] |
d. <hostname> - unable to connect to the agent at <agent URL> [peer not authenticated] |
e. <hostname> - agent key mismatch |
