Symptoms

Setting My Oracle Support credentials in Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control 12c (Setup > Security > Preferred Credentials > Set MOS Credentials) fails with:

Unable to complete network operation against My Oracle Support. Please check network connectivity to Oracle Support Site.





In the Cloud Control Console, Proxy Settings page, the test connection to My Oracle Support completes successfully.
