Symptoms

Upgrading Agent from Upgrade Console.
Deployed and Configured Agent
When running the Generate HealthReport job, it shows "Ping Test Failed"

Note: This is applicable only for 2-System Upgrade.
For 1-System Upgrade, Ping Test will be shown as N/A which is appropriate.
