False Violations For DB Policy Use Of Non-Standard Initialization Parameter _PARALLEL_SYSPLS_OBEY_FORCE (Doc ID 1378266.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.2.0.2 version,

EM Grid Control and DBControl report a Policy Violation as "Use of Non-Standard Initialization Parameters".

The Violation is being reported for parameter "_parallel_syspls_obey_force" which is not set in the database at all .

The problem reproduces with 11.1.0.1.0 EM Grid Control and 11gR2 database targets.
