Error While Accessing The Mod_wl_ohs Configuration Page From Em (Doc ID 1385317.1)

Symptoms

Fusion Middleware 11.1.1.4.0

When trying to access the mod_wl_ohs configuration page on OFM 11g (11.1.1.4), the following error is encountered.

This was witnessed after running an upgrade to from 10g portal to FMW 11g
1) Logon to Oracle EM as weblogic administrator
2) Expand the item Web Tier on the left pane
3) Right click on ohs1 (http server) and select Adminstration / mod_wl_ohs configuration item.
4) The page displays the above error.
