EM 12c Agent EMD Upload Error : Full Upload Has Failed: uploadXMLFiles skipped :: OMS Version Not Checked Yet. (Doc ID 1385776.1)

Symptoms

12c Agent upload fails with following exception :

$./emctl upload agent
Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control 12.1.0.1.0
Copyright (c) 1996, 2011 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.

EMD upload error:full upload has failed: uploadXMLFiles skipped :: OMS version not checked yet. If this issue persists check
trace files for ping to OMS related errors. (OMS_DOWN)


Following errors are seen in <AGENT_ORACLE_HOME>/sysman/log/gcagent.log
:

2011-11-26 10:20:10,820 [59:AE0DB6B3:GC.Executor.0 (Ping OMS)] WARN - Received response status KEY_MISMATCH
2011-11-26 10:20:10,823 [59:AE0DB6B3] WARN - Ping communication error
o.s.emSDK.agent.comm.exception.KeyMismatchException [Received Key Mismatch from OMS]


Ping to from Agent to OMS runs fine :

<AGENT_INSTANCE_HOME>/bin> emctl pingOMS
Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control 12.1.0.1.0
Copyright (c) 1996, 2011 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.

EMD pingOMS completed successfully



Verifying the REPOSITORY_URL  using "wget" utility:

$ wget --no-check-certificate https://<OMS-HOSTNAME>:4901/empbs/upload
--2011-12-14 12:49:37-- https://<OMS-HOSTNAME>:4901/empbs/upload
Resolving <OMS-HOSTNAME>... x.x.x.x
Connecting to <OMS-HOSTNAME>|x.x.x.x|:4901... failed: Connection refused.



Changes

The Upload HTTP/HTTPS ports have been changed on OMS side, for instance using that document :
