Fusion Middleware Control Does Not Update Any OHS Configuration Files Although No Error Is Shown (Doc ID 1385859.1)

Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)

Symptoms

In a Fusion Middleware 11.1.1.2.0 Webtier installation on Windows 2008 x64, or in general any installation type containing an OHS component, the OHS configuration files are not saved when some change is performed through FMW Control, e.g. when a change to forms.conf is done through FMW Control, the forms.conf file is not updated in the filesystem.

The problem does not reproduce on Windows 32bit systems nor in any UNIX / Linux Fusion Middleware environment.
