Goal
With previous versions there were User Defined Metrics (UDM) available only at the host and sql levels.
Starting with Cloud Control 12.1, UDM are replaced by Metric Extensions to facilitate the ability to create custom metrics on JMX.
Supported target types: weblogic_j2eeserver, j2ee_application, soa_composite etc
Creating metrics from Custom MBeans leveraging existing target types (instead of requirement of creating custom target type)
