Upgrading Agents 11g from the Pre-Upgrade Console, Deploy and Configure Agents step fails in performPreReq with the error below when using "Oracle Home Preferred Credentials"

Error Log
ERROR: Invalid username and/or password

Output Log
LOG: Local Authentication Failed...Attempt PAM authentication...PAM failed with error: Authentication failure
