Symptoms

When setting My Oracle Support Preferred Credentials in the EM 12c Cloud Control console, by applying the following steps :

 

 


Refresh From My Oracle Support - Error: ORA-01882: timezone region not found ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.EM_JOB_SCHEDULER", line 822 ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.MGMT_JOB_ENGINE", line 3409 ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.MGMT_JOB_ENGINE", line 3602 ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.MGMT_JOB_ENGINE", line 4615 ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.EM_JOB_OPS", line 235 ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.GC_JOB", line 29 ORA-06512: at line 1


This error may also be seen in the status of the 'Refresh From My Oracle Support' job.
