Symptoms

The Targets > Databases page has been personalized in the Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Console for a particular enterprise manager administrator. After logging out and logging into the console as that user, accessing the Targets > Databases page returns the following error:

ADFC-10009: An exception occurred during invocation of 'getData' method.

ADF_FACES-60097: For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry begining with: ADF_FACES-60096: Server Exception during PPR, # 1

The <EM_INSTANCE_BASE>/gc_inst/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/emoms.trc has:

This can occur for any Enterprise Manager administrator who has attempted to personalize the Targets > Databases page, when using Oracle Load Map view. If this page was set as the Homepage as well, then login to the Cloud Console itself will get affected. But it would be possible to login to the cloud console using another page which was saved as a bookmark.

Changes

Personalized the Targets > Databases page in EM 12c Cloud Console.
