Symptoms

11.1.0.1 OMS
SCOM 2007 R2

From the 11g Grid Control, click on
Setup > Management Connectors > SCOM Connector > Connection Settings - OK


Following error is generated:

javax.net.ssl.SSLKeyException: [Security:090477]Certificate chain received from <hostname>.<domain> - <ip_address> was not trusted causing SSL handshake failure.

Section 2.3.3 Adding Signed Certificates to Enterprise Manager
  For version 11.1.0.1, perform the steps in Adding Signed Certificates to cacerts

Ct imported the SCOM Cert into the cacert file on both OMS node.
The file is /opt/data/oracle/Middleware/oms11g/jdk/jre/lib/security/cacerts
