Tips On Setting Up BTM Users to Use the btmInspector Role

How do you correctly set up the "btmInspector" role?
You create the WebLogic group "btmInspectors" and add a user to the group. But when logging in as that user it seems like the user still only has the "btmObserver" role.
Adding the user to Administrators or Monitors changes the role to btmAdmin and btmUser, respectively, so it seems to work fine for the WebLogic Server out of the box groups.
What are some tips for setting this up correctly in the BTM WebLogic environment?
