Symptoms

Receive daily alerts for password expired accounts:

Subject: Enterprise Manager Alert: Database Users passwords are expiring.

The following database users have passwords that are expired or will
expire soon:

1 | USER1 | -1164
2 | USER2 | -1164

You can change the passwords by clicking on this link:
