How to Troubleshoot "No data" in RUEI

Purpose
Overview of points to check whenever there is an issue with RUEI not reporting any data.
RUEI Reporter Server Environment Variables

The configuration file of RUEI contains variables that point to the basic connection details for the database. All are defined in /etc/ruei.conf
RUEI_DATA - location of the wallet files and ora files. RUEI_USER - the linux user that will connect passwordless to the database repository. RUEI_DB_USER - the schema name of RUEI in the database. RUEI_DB_INST - the database instance SID, same as the SID in /etc/oratab. Only used during installation. After installation, connection to the database will use RUEI_DB_TNSNAME. RUEI_DB_TNSNAME - the TNS name used on RUEI side to connect to the database repository. This can be any value as long as the $RUEI_DATA/tnsnames.ora is updated with the same.
