EM 12c: Connection from Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control To https://updates.oracle.com Fails (Doc ID 1436653.1)

Symptoms

After installing 12c Cloud Control, the OMS is unable to connect to Oracle sites.

1) At minimum, the following URLs should be made available through the firewall:

aru-akam.oracle.com
ccr.oracle.com
updates.oracle.com
login.oracle.com
support.oracle.com
aru-akam-secure.oracle.com
servicecentral.sun.com
loginadc.oracle.com



2)   Here are example  results of the wget commands used to test the connection:
