Connections from Enterprise Manager Cloud Control to My Oracle Support (Doc ID 1436653.1)

Symptoms

After installing Cloud Control, the OMS is unable to connect to Oracle sites.

1) At minimum, the following URLs should be made available through the firewall:

           aru-akam.oracle.com
           ccr.oracle.com
           updates.oracle.com
           login.oracle.com
           support.oracle.com
           aru-akam-secure.oracle.com
          servicecentral.sun.com
          loginadc.oracle.com
          oauth-e.oracle.com



2)   Here are example  results of the wget commands used to test the connection:
