Goal

This document describes how one can safely move the data used for Full Session Replay and Session Diagnostics to an other location on the system. One would want to do this when the current mount-point on which this data is situated has insufficient storage space.

Session Diagnostics

This is the session information for each user session that one can primarily find in Browse Data > All Session > Session Diagnostics

The amount of sessions that is stored is regulated in Configuration > General > Advanced Settings > Reporter Data Retention Policy > [ Session diagnostics retention (days) ]. See the below screenshot:

This data is stored on the Reporter or Processing engines (if any) under the following data location:

$RUEI_DATA/processor/data

Full Session Replay

This is the full HTTP information of each page stored by RUEI. This data is primarily accessed within session diagnostics by clicking on the camera icon as seen below:

The amount of FSR data that is stored is regulated in Configuration > Security > Collector  Data Retention Policy > [ Session diagnostics retention (days) ]. See the below screenshot:

This data is stored on the collector(s) system (if any) under the following location:

$RUEI_DATA/collector/wg/REPLAY
