1. When stopping the OMS 12c or 11g, the emctl command fails to stop the WebLogic AdminServer process with the following error:
midtier> ./emctl stop oms -all

2. When Verifying the <MIDDLEWARE_HOME>/gc_inst/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/emctl.log file, it shows that it cannot connect to the Admin port during shutdown of the EMGC_ADMINSERVER process.
In this example, it fails to connect to t3s://myhost.domain.com:7101
3. When Browsing to the Admin Server URL, it is successful.
