Symptoms
Accessing Farm_<domain> -> Web Tier -> ohs1 ->Oracle HTTP Server -> Administration -> Log Configuration in Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control 11g(fmwctl) fails with following errors:

This issue is reproduced by following these steps:
Linux/Unix Machine:
Install any Fusion Middleware installtype and create a WLS domain.
Windows Machine:
Install any Fusion Middleware installtype that contains Oracle HTTP Server(OHS) component and associate the instance with the WLS domain created on Linux/Unix machine.
In FMWCTL navigate to following breadcrumbs and error will be displayed:
Farm_[domain] -> Web Tier -> ohs1 -> Oracle HTTP Server -> Administration ->Log Configuration
