Credentials have been created or updated for My Oracle Support in Enterprise Manager (EM) 12.1.0.5 Cloud Control .

Setup > My Oracle Support > Set Credentials

The following message indicates that both the Refresh from My Oracle Support and Opatch Update jobs were scheduled successfully, however both jobs fail:
