Similar errors does not indicate issue is with em application. Other factors need to be taken into consideration

Symptoms

After successfully login into Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control(fmwctl) following error is displayed on the browser.

 

Problem persisted after restarting WLS Adminserver.
