 1) Why does accessing View Log Messages from the WebLOgic Domain target menu result in "Logging configuration is missing or invalid for targets...oracle.sysman.emSDK.app.exception.EMSystemException"? Or why is the View Log Messages link disabled for the target?
 2) Can I restrict which administrators in Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control have access to the View Log Messages menu item and its corresponding functionality?
 3) What are the steps to follow in order to grant the “Ability to view Fusion Middleware Logs” target privilege to an administrator?
