How to change the default location where the spool log file for datamasking is written to?

When scheduling a Data Masking job in Grid Control, you change the "Script File Location" to a location other than $ORACLE_HOME/dbs.  However, the masking script designates $ORACLE_HOME/dbs as the directory where the log file will be written. This will lead to a failure of the masking job when the folder is not writable. The business justification is that the users executing Data Masking jobs do not have access to the "oracle" unix account nor are they in the same unix group as the Oracle software owner.  Because of this, the only way to allow them to write to $ORACLE_HOME/dbs is to make this folder world writable. This is not allowed by the security policy.
