'Startup Mount' Error When Performing A Grid Control Data Guard Switchover With Sudo/runas (Doc ID 1473848.1)

The 'Host and Cluster Preferred Credentials' are set for the sudo/"Run as" in Grid Control. Creating a grid control job that runs an OS script and performing a manual Dataguard switchover using sudo works successfully. However, when performing a Data Guard switchover using sudo in Grid Control results to the following error:
