ADF_FACES-60097 and ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR is Occuring for some Users when Testing Composites (Doc ID 1475146.1)

Symptoms

 After logging into the test server EM as a specific user, and choosing the composites and selecting test, a dialog AD_FACES error box is received, and the following error seen in the Admin Log:

java.io.IOException: Stream closed
      at java.io.BufferedInputStream.getInIfOpen(BufferedInputStream.java:134)
      at java.io.BufferedInputStream.fill(BufferedInputStream.java:218)
      at java.io.BufferedInputStream.read(BufferedInputStream.java:237)
      at oracle.xml.parser.v2.XMLReader.pushXMLReader(XMLReader.java:377)
      at oracle.xml.parser.v2.XMLParser.parse(XMLParser.java:315)
      at oracle.jsp.parse.XMLUtil.getDocument(XMLUtil.java:447)

 When logging into another server EM as that user, no problems are seen, so the issue only occurs on the test server.

Also, if another user logs into the test server EM, and follows the same steps, the issue is not seen, so the problem is only for that specific user on that test server.
