Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control Showing Everything Is Down Including The Admin Server Even Though They Are Up (Doc ID 1484381.1)

Symptoms

After configuration changes to 11.1.1.5 or 11.1.1.6 in Fusion Middleware Control, the shows WLS components show as down with the Red Down Arrow.  Before the configuration changes, it used to work.

The emoms.log shows this error:

 

 

 

Changes

An example of the configuration change is adding an SQL Authenticator to the realm or changing the built in LDAP to be SUFFICIENT.  Other changes have been reported which may cause this.  The key is to find the error above in the emoms.log
