EM 12c : " Failed to Login to BI Publisher as Configured BI Publisher User" Error Returned in Console When Trying to Access the BI Publisher Reports Page (Doc ID 1484700.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

When trying to access in EM 12c Console the BI Publisher Reports Page ("Enterprise => Reports => BI Publisher Reports"),

it fails with the following error message:

"Failed to login to BI Publisher as configured BI Publisher user".

This error may occur after a restart of the OMS/AdminServer host. The BIP server is started successfully and operates without error otherwise.
