Listener Status Down in Enterprise Manager 12c

Symptoms

SCAN_Listeners can be reported as down in Cloud Control Console 12.1.0.1 or 12.1.0.2 after a node reboot, even if they are up and running at the cluster level.

The LISTENER_SCAN listener's service is well started, and listener well up and accessible.

This happens mainly in case of failover and relocation of the SCAN Listeners.
