Symptoms

DBCA NOT SHOWING THE GC CONFIGURATION AGENT ON 12GC

1) Install the 12GC Agent on a single instance box
2) Install the DB Plugin
3) After installing the agent configure it to GC.
4) Run DBCA from the Oracle Home. Select the configure Enterprise Manager
 
Register with Grid Control Central Management is disable and shows no Agent found.
 
Expected: Register with Grid Control Central Management Should not be disabled and it should show the Configured Agent
