EM 11g: Global Cache Metrics cannot be Located in Enterprise Manager 11g Grid Control

The Grid Control 184.108.40.206 OMS and agent are monitoring an 220.127.116.11 RAC database, but the following metrics cannot be located in the "Metric and Policy Settings" page of the database instance:
Global Cache Blocks Lost
Global Cache Blocks Corrupt
Global Cache Average Current Block Request Time (centi-seconds)
Global Cache Average CR Block Request Time (centi-seconds)
In the "All Metrics" page, these metrics exist under "Global Cache Statistics" but the thresholds are "Not Applicable"
