Goal
How to unsecure Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c so that the http console port can be used to access the Cloud Control Console?
By default the 12c OMS is secured so that only the https port can be used to access the 12c Cloud Control Console. This articles shows how to unsecure the Cloud Control Console, so that the http port can also be used to access the 12c Cloud Control console.
Note: When the http port has not been configured, if the http URL is used to access the Cloud Control Console, the following message will be seen:-
403 Forbidden
You are not authorized to access the requested resource.
