Purpose
The Enterprise Manager (EM) 12c Cloud Control user may encounter the situation where certain multiple alerts (i.e., stateless) apparently cannot be cleared together, but must be removed singly. This occurs in particular with the log reading alerts, which are not removed automatically when the underlying issue is resolved, as is the case with other (stateful) alerts.
