Enterprise Manager 10g is now in Extended Support

To give Enterprise Manager 10g customers enough time to upgrade to Enterprise Manager 11g or 12c, Oracle waived the first year of Extended Support fees for the Enterprise Manager 10g products. The first year of Extended Support has expired and Enterprise Manager 10g is now in its second year of Extended Support. Beginning December 2012, customers who have not upgraded to an Enterprise Manager version that is still covered under Premier Support will need to purchase an Extended Support license for their EM 10g products. No bug fixes will be created on Enterprise Manager 10g without an Extended Support License.
If you are still running EM 10.2.0.5, you should purchase an Extended Support License in order to get support or bug fixes for your 10g environment.
