My Oracle Support Not Accessible When Using Proxy Authentication in EM 12c Cloud Control (Doc ID 1529554.1)

Symptoms


After upgrading from the 12.1.0.2 MOS Plugin, the connection to Self-Update or the setting of MOS credentials using Online Mode fails.  Before the plugin upgrade however, this issue was not observed.

This only affects environments where EM 12c Cloud Control is configured to use a proxy server, which requires authentication.

A common error will be triggered in the emoms.trc file like :

 

Changes

Upgraded the MOSPlugin from either :

12.1.0.2 -> 12.1.0.3 -> 12.1.0.4

12.1.0.2 -> 12.1.0.4

12.1.0.3 -> 12.1.0.4
